As an experienced building designer, his company, founded in 1979, consists of a small team of highly skilled design/drafting staff. From new home design or renovations, to restaurant fit-outs, to warehouse buildings, to school and community buildings, they get the job done, always with a commitment to professional excellence, personal service and reliability.

McLauchlans’ office building on the north-east corner of Huntingdale and Waverley Roads in Mount Waverley is itself an example of Rob’s design skills. Inside folders of past clients’ projects trace the history of his business, while plaques and certificates highlight the winning of industry awards. References can be provided on request.
